摘要
目的研究综合护理对新生儿成长发育的影响。方法选择2020年9月至2022年9月在山东省烟台市蓬莱区妇幼保健院分娩的92例新生儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各46例。对照组行常规护理,研究组行综合护理,对比两组体格发育状况、智力发育状况。结果护理后,两组体重、身高和头围均高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组体重、身高和头围均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组精细动作、语言能力、社交能力、适应能力和运动能力指标水平均高于护理前,且研究组各项智力发育指标水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理对新生儿成长发育有积极影响,可促进其体格发育和智力发育,具有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective To study the influence of com prehensive nursing on the growth and developm ent of newborns.Methods A total of 92 newborns delivered in the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Penglai District in Yantai City,Shandong Province from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 46 newborns in each group.The control group received routine care,while the study group received comprehensive nursing.The physical and intellectual development status of children between the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the weight,height,and head circumference of the two groups were all higher than those before nursing,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).All physical development indicators of the study group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of fine motor skills,language ability,social ability,adaptability,and motor ability in the study group were higher than those before nursing,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The levels of all intellectual development indicators in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has a positive impact on the growth and development of newborns,can promote their physical and intellectual development,and has great clinical promotion value.
