中国电信社会责任报告评价研究

摘要 随着国家调整经济结构和推动整体战略中,电信服务业越来越重要,对于电信服务业社会责任报告质量的要求也随之提升。目前国内对社会责任报告质量的评价研究大多集中在传统行业或者整体市场,涉及电信服务业的研究屈指可数。因此,对电信服务业的社会责任报告质量进行评估研究是必要的。本文选取中国电信的社会责任报告进行质量评估研究,利用层次分析法构建社会责任报告的质量评估体系,分别对各个指标进行判断赋值。研究发现中国电信的社会责任报告质量逐年提升,各指标不断完善,同时其发布存在时间不稳定性和滞后性,平衡性方面缺乏对负面信息的回应等。最后提出相关建议,弥补中国电信社会责任报告质量的短板,以促进中国电信的可持续稳定发展。 As the adjustment of economic structure and promotion of overall strategies in China,the telecommunications service industry is becoming increasingly important,and the requirements for the quality of social responsibility reports in the telecommunications service industry are also increasing.Currently,most of the research on the evaluation of the quality of social responsibility reports in China is focused on traditional industries or the overall market,with few studies involving the telecommunications service industry.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate and study the quality of social responsibility reports in the telecommunications service industry.This article selects China Telecom's social responsibility reports for quality evaluation research,and uses Analytic Hierarchy Process to construct a quality evaluation system for social responsibility reports.Each indicator is judged and assigned values.It is concluded that the quality of social responsibility reports in the telecommunications service industry has been improving year by year,and each indicator is constantly improved.However,at the same time,its release time is instable and lags,and there is a lack of response to negative information in terms of balance.Finally,relevant suggestions are proposed to make up for the shortcomings in the quality of China Telecom's social responsibility report,in order to promote the sustainable and stable development of China Telecom.
