摘要
推进农业农村现代化是中国式现代化发展进入新阶段的现实所需,也是顺应时代潮流、立足国情农情的必然选择。农业农村现代化是社会主义现代化强国目标的有机构成,是“四化”同步发展的关键一环,是满足农民群众美好生活需要的必然要求。新阶段农业农村现代化内蕴着人口规模巨大的特点,遵循着全体人民共同富裕的导向,彰显着物质文明和精神文明相协调的精神,践行着人与自然和谐共生的理念,体现着走和平发展道路的要求。新阶段推进农业农村现代化,必须以加强和改善党的领导为根本,以治理体系和治理能力现代化为支撑,以科学技术现代化为牵引,以城乡融合一体化为重点,以人的现代化为核心,以乡村振兴战略为依托。
Promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas is not only a realistic necessity for the development of Chinese modernization into a new stage,but also an essential choice that aligns with the current trends and takes into account the unique characteristics of agriculture in the country.The modernization of agriculture and rural areas serves as an integral component of the broader goal of building a great modern socialist country.It represents a crucial link in the pursuit of synchronized development of industrialization,IT application,urbanization,and agricultural modernization and addresses the essential needs of farmers for an improved quality of life.In this new stage,the modernization of agriculture and rural areas embodies several key characteristics.It acknowledges the significant population involved,aligns with the principle of common prosperity for all,emphasizes the harmony between material and spiritual progress,promotes the concept of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature,and reflects the requirements for peaceful development.Advancing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in this stage necessitates a comprehensive approach.This includes reinforcing and enhancing the Party's leadership as the foundation,modernizing the governance system and capacity as the support,leveraging scientific and technological advancements as the driving force,prioritizing the integration of urban and rural areas,placing people's modernization at the core,and adopting the rural revitalization strategy as the basis.
