摘要
目的 探讨中医综合康复护理结合功能训练对脑瘫患儿运动功能和智力发育的影响。方法 70例脑瘫患儿随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理与功能训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医综合康复护理,比较两组患儿的运动功能及智力发育。结果 干预后,观察组的GMFM-88评分高于对照组,粗大动作、精细动作、语言能力、应物能力、应人能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中医综合康复护理结合功能训练可改善脑瘫患儿的运动功能及智力发育。
Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)combined with functional training on motor function and intellectual development of children with cerebral palsy.Methods 70 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing and functional training,and the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing of TCM on the basis of the control group.The motor function and intellectual development were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the GMFM-88 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of gross motor,fine motor,language ability,ability to cope with external stimuli and ability to deal with external people were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing of TCM combined with functional training can improve the motor function and intellectual development of children with cerebral palsy.
