摘要
超声造影(CEUS)是一种操作相对简便,可重复进行,实时动态,安全性好且可高度敏感反映病变微循环灌注的超声检查新手段,成为目前超声医学领域发展最快的技术之一。笔者对近年来CEUS在胰腺囊/实性病变的应用及研究进展作一综述,以期更全面了解CEUS在胰腺囊/实性病变定性分析的诊疗优势及面临的困难,进而使其更好地服务于临床。
Contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)is a relatively simple,repeatable,real-time dynamic,and safe ultrasound examination technique that provides a highly sensitive reflection of the microcirculatory perfusion in lesions.It has become one of the fastest-growing technologies in the field of ultrasound medicine.Here,the authors provide an overview of the recent applications and research progress of CEUS in pancreatic cystic/solid lesions,so as to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the diagnostic and therapeutic advantages of CEUS in the qualitative analysis of pancreatic cystic/solid lesions as well as the challenges it faces,and thereby enhance its clinical utility.
