摘要
目的:探讨青少年共情能力和校园欺凌中旁观者保护行为的关系,以及道德认同的中介作用和社会自我效能感的调节作用。方法:采用人际反应指针量表(IRI)、道德认同问卷(MIM)、社会自我效能感问卷(S-EFF)、保护行为量表(DBS)对3041名青少年进行调查,从中筛选出1122名有校园欺凌旁观经历的青少年进行统计分析。结果:(1)共情正向预测旁观者保护行为。(2)道德认同在共情与旁观者保护行为间起中介作用。(3)社会自我效能感在共情与旁观者保护行为间以及道德认同与旁观者保护行为间起正向调节作用,具体而言,当社会自我效能感水平较高时,共情对旁观者保护行为的直接作用及道德认同的中介作用显著增强。结论:共情通过道德认同间接影响旁观者保护行为,社会自我效能感可以增强共情对旁观者保护行为及道德认同对旁观者保护行为的积极影响。
Objective:This study aims to explore the relationship between adolescents'empathy and bystander defending behaviors in school bullying,as well as the mediating effect of moral identity and the moderating effect of social self-efficacy.Methods:The Interpersonal Reactivity Index Scale(IRI),the Moral Identity Measure(MIM),the Adolescent Social Self-Efficacy Scale(S-EFF)and the Defending Behaviors Scale(DBS)were used to gather data among 3041 adolescents in Shandong,of which 1122 had bystander experiences of school bullying.Results:(1)Empathy positively predicted bystander defending behaviors.(2)The positive association between empathy and bystander defending behaviors was mediated by moral identity.(3)The direct effect of empathy on bystander defending behaviors and the mediating effect of moral identity were both positively moderated by social self-efficacy.Specifically,when the level of social self-efficacy was high,the direct effect of empathy on bystander defending behaviors and the mediating effect of moral identity were significantly enhanced.Conclusion:Empathy can indirectly affect bystander defending behaviors through moral identity.Social self-efficacy can enhance the positive effects of empathy on bystander defending behaviors and moral identity on bystander defending behaviors.
