摘要
研究了考虑环境影响的分流路网设计问题的双层优化模型。其中,上层模型以系统出行总时间最小,CO排放最小为优化目标,并以路段最大饱和度为约束,下层模型为确定性需求下Logit型随机用户均衡配流模型。使用是否选择道路用于分流作为决策变量,将道路网络离散化,设计了基于MSA-Dail的遗传算法对模型进行求解,并利用Nguyen&Dupuis网络对模型和算法进行了验证。研究结果表明:相比于不考虑CO排放,考虑CO排放影响下所设计的分流路网能够减少2 760 g的CO排放以及145 h的出行时间。同时,还求得了客车和货车的分流路网,并给出了各个路段上客车和货车的交通量。此外,通过对OD出行需求的敏感性分析,发现OD出行需求大小对分流路网决策方案的设计有较大的影响,在实际分流路网设计时,应尽可能获取准确的OD出行需求,并针对高峰期和平峰期设计不同的分流方案。
In the paper a bi-level optimization model for the design of shunting road network is presented considering the environmental impact.Among them,the upper model takes the minimum total system travel time and the minimum CO emission as the optimization goal,and the maximum section saturation as the constraint,and the lower model is the Logit type random user equilibrium distribution flow model under deterministic requirements.The road network is discretized by using whether to choose a road for diversion as decision variable.A genetic algorithm based on MSA-Dail is designed to solve the model,and the model and algorithm are verified by Nguyen&Dupuis network.The research results show that the shunt road network designed under the influence of CO emissions can reduce 2760 g of CO emissions and 145 h of travel time rather than without considering CO emissions.At the same time,the diversion network of passenger cars and freight cars is obtained,and the traffic volume of passenger cars and freight cars on each section is given.In addition,through the sensitivity analysis of OD travel demand,it is found that OD travel demand has a great influence on the design of decision scheme of diversion network.In the actual design of diversion network,accurate OD travel demand should be obtained as far as possible,and different diversion schemes should be designed for peak periods and peak periods.
