摘要
利用因子分析法构建了农产品电商物流能力评价体系,并以河北省为例验证该评价体系的可行性。通过综合分析各项影响因素,并结合相关研究成果,选取了基础设施、物流需求等在内的4个二级指标以及物流从业人员、农业物流费用等在内的12个三级指标进行评价。结果表明:基础设施和物流运营是主要影响因素。由此可见,可从提高物流基础设施建设、强化物流运营能力及提升物流技术水平等方面来提高农产品电商物流能力。
The evaluation system of e-commerce logistics capability of agricultural products was constructed by factor analysis method.The feasibility of the evaluation system was verified by taking Hebei Province as an example.Through comprehensive analysis of various influencing factors,combined with the relevant research results,4 second-order indices(including infrastructure and logistics demand)and 12 third-order indices(including logistics employees and agricultural logistics cost)were selected for evaluation.The results showed that infrastructure and logistics operation were the main influencing factors.Therefore,the logistics capacity of agricultural products e-commerce can be improved from the aspects of improving the logistics infrastructure construction,strengthening the logistics operation and improving the logistics technology level and capacity.
