摘要
针对国际教育示范区建设背景下粤港澳大湾区对商务英语国际化人才的战略需要,以国家职业教育“双高计划”建设为契机,从国际化人才培养视角出发,综合国际化人才内涵和产业国际化人才需求,以《高等职业教育专科英语课程标准》为依据,参考《英语课标》中职场涉外沟通和多元文化交流的能力要求,从认知、情感和行为三个维度分析高职英语核心素养,提出服务产业需求、培养国际视野、搭建国际平台、加强师资配备等高职英语教育质量提升路径。高职院校英语课程应注重国际化人才培养,通过提升教育质量来适应国际化发展趋势。
Under the background of the construction of an international education demonstration zone in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,in view of the strategic needs of the international business English talents,the paper analyzes the core quality of English in higher vocational colleges from such three dimensions as cognition,emotion and behavior,and puts forward the corresponding paths to improve the quality of English education in higher vocational colleges,such as serving industry needs,cultivating international vision,building an international platform,and strengthening teacher allocation.From the perspective of plan for building high-level vocational colleges and specialties with Chinese characteristics and international talents training,the paper comprehensively integrates the connotation of international talents and the needs of international industrial talents,takes the English Curriculum Standards of Higher Vocational Education as a basis and refers to the ability requirements of foreign communication and multicultural exchange in vocational fields in the English Curriculum Standards.Attention should be paid to the cultivation of international talents of vocational English course and the quality of education should be improved to adapt to the trend of international development in higher vocational colleges.
