摘要
“政产学研用”融合培养体系是在高等院校教育改革研究中的新兴热点,成为协同创新育人的新路径。以锦州医科大学食品加工与安全专业学位研究生应用型人才培养为例,对从创新教育融入、教育实践活动、服务平台、教育师资等方面开展的政产学研用五位一体多部门融合的联合育人模式进行阐述,构建食品加工与安全专业创新创业教育体系。“政产学研用”融合的教育改革模式是应用型人才培养过程中的必经之路,对以输出应用型人才为目标的地方高等院校的专业学位研究生培养具有深远意义。
The research of"government-industry-university-research-application"integrated training system is a hot spot in current higher education research,and has become a new path of collaborative innovation education.Taking the training of applied talents for postgraduates of food processing and safety in Jinzhou Medical University as an example,elaborate the five-in-one and multi-sector-integration joint education mode of government,industry,education,research and application from the aspects of innovative education integration,educational practice activities,service platform,and educational teachers.The integration of government,industry,education,research and application is the way to cultivate local applied talents,which has far-reaching significance for the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates in local applied colleges and universities.
