摘要
以党建引领离退休党员思想政治工作高质量发展是推进新时代党的建设新的伟大工程的重要举措,是做好老干部工作的重要保证。文章以吉林省农业科学院离退休党员思想政治工作开展情况为例,通过访谈和问卷调查的方式研究新形势下离退休党员思想政治现状、存在的问题,并从加强支部建设、关爱特殊党员、扩大思政建设覆盖面、提高思政建设灵活性、推进思政建设信息化等方面提出了对策建议,以期为新时期加强离退休党员思想政治工作提供有益参考。
Leading the high-quality development of retired ideological and political work by party building is an important measure to promote the new great project of party building in the new era,and is an important guarantee for doing a good job for veteran cadres.The article takes the carrying out of ideological and political work of retired party members of Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,studies the current situation and existing problems of the ideology and politics of retired party members under the new situation by means of interview and questionnaire,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in terms of strengthening branch construction,caring for special party members,enlarging the coverage of the ideological and political construction,improving the flexibility of the ideological and political construction,and promoting the informatization of the ideological and political construction,with a view to providing a useful reference for the ideological and political work of the retired party members in the new period.
