摘要
目的:探讨路径导向性护理配合在主动脉夹层腔内隔绝术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年11月1日~2022年11月30日92例行主动脉夹层腔内隔绝术患者作为研究对象,根据实施导向性护理配合时间分为常规组和研究组各46例,常规组给予常规护理配合,研究组实施路径导向性护理配合;比较两组护理前后中国心血管病人生活质量评定问卷(CQQC)评分,心功能指标,并发症发生率。结果:护理后,两组CQQC中体力、病情、一般生活、社会心理状况、工作状况等维度评分高于护理前(P<0.05),且研究组高于常规组(P<0.05);两组护理后左心室射血分数(LVEF)高于护理前(P<0.05),左室舒张末期容积数值(LEVDV)低于护理前(P<0.05);与常规组比较,研究组护理后LVEF及六分钟步行试验(6MWT)更高(P<0.05)、LEVDV更低(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:路径导向性护理配合可改善主动脉夹层腔内隔绝术患者的心功能,减少并发症,提高生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of path-oriented nursing coordination in patients with endovascular isolation of aortic dissection.Methods:A total of 92 patients admitted from November 1,2017 to November 30,2022 for endovascular isolation of aortic dissection were selected as the study subjects.Randomized number table method was used to divide the enrolled patients into the routine group and the study group,46 cases each.The routine group was given routine nursing cooperation,and the study group was given path-oriented nursing cooperation.Comparison was made on the effect on patients'quality of life,cardiac function by(CQQC)and complication rate between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:After nursing,the scores of physical strength,illness,general life,social psychological state and working state in CQQC in both groups were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05),and those in the study group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05);The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)scores in both groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05)and the left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LEVDV)scores were lower than those before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,compared with the routine group,patients in the study group had higher LVEF,lower LEVDV,and higher 6minute walk test(6MWT)(P<0.05);The complication rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The path-oriented nursing cooperation can improve the cardiac function reduce the complications,and improve the quality of life in patients with endovascular isolation of aortic dissection.
