摘要
目的 观察防倾倒双层伸缩锐器盒在临床的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1~6月赣州市立医院锐器种类较多科室的98名在职护理人员,按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组49名。对照组使用普通黄色锐器盒,观察组使用防倾倒可视伸缩锐器盒。对比两组锐器投放外露发生率、锐器盒及时更换率、锐器盒倾倒发生情况、锐器平均转移时间、锐器损伤发生率及护理人员满意度。结果 观察组锐器投放外露发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而锐器盒及时更换率则明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组锐器盒倾倒次数低于对照组(P<0.05),而锐器平均转移时间明显长于对照组(P<0.05);观察组锐器损伤发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),护理人员满意度则明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 防倾倒双层伸缩锐器盒在临床应用可有效提高医护人员处置锐器的效率,降低锐器损伤发生率及提升锐器盒使用满意度。
Objective To observe the clinical application effect of anti-toppling double-layer telescopic sharps box.Methods Ninety-eight inservice nurses from various departments of Ganzhou Municipal Hospital from January 2023 to June 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,49 in each group.The control group used ordinary yellow sharp box,and the observation group used anti-dumping visual telescopic sharp box.The incidence of sharp instrument exposure,sharp instrument box replacement in time,sharp instrument box dumping,sharp instrument average transfer time,sharp instrument injury incidence and nursing staff satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of sharp instrument exposure in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the timely replacement rate of sharp instrument box was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The times of sharp box toppling in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the average transfer time of sharp box was significantly longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of sharp instrument injury in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of nursing staff was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of anti-toppling double-layer telescopic sharps box can effectively improve the efficiency of medical staff in handling sharps,reduce the incidence of sharps injury and improve the satisfaction of sharps box.
