摘要
分析了煤矿沿空留墙技术的原理,阐述了沿空留墙柔模支护技术在大采高工作面应用的工艺流程。根据砌筑墙体强度的动态监测,制定了针对性补强措施。研究得出,沿空留墙柔模支护技术适用于厚煤层大采高工作面,该技术的应用提高了煤炭回采率,减少了巷道掘进量,实现了煤炭的绿色开采,在条件适宜的煤矿具有推广应用前景。
The principle of retaining wall technology along the goaf in coal mines was analyzed,and the technological process of applying flexible formwork support technology for retaining walls along the goaf in the working face with large mining height was elaborated.Targeted reinforcement measures were developed based on dynamic monitoring of the strength of masonry walls.The study shows that the flexible formwork support technology for retaining walls along the goaf is suitable for the working face with large mining height and thick coal seam.The application of this technology has improved coal recovery rate,reduced roadway excavation volume,and achieved green coal mining.It has the potential for promotion and application in coal mines with suitable conditions.
