太阳能光热电站熔盐管道及其防凝设计研究

摘要 为降低系统后续跟踪运维难度系数,确保太阳能光热发电系统安全,开展太阳能光热电站熔盐管道及其防凝设计分析研究,为后续安装、施工及运维做好铺垫,保证工程的顺利进行。介绍太阳能光热电站熔盐管道的塔式太阳能光热电站熔盐管道系统与槽式太阳能光热电站熔盐管道系统,明确高温熔融盐的介质优势,重点进行太阳能光热电站二元熔盐管道及其防凝设计的分析研究,得出太阳能光热电站二元熔盐管道保温伴热系统设计与电伴热电缆安装设计、加热功率设计、结构设计结果。 In order to reduce the difficulty coefficient of subsequent tracking,operation and maintenance of the system,and ensure the safety of the solar thermal power generation system,analysis and research on the molten salt pipeline and its anti-condensation design of the solar thermal power plant are carried out,laying the foundation for subsequent installation,construction,and operation and maintenance,and ensuring the smooth progress of the project.Introduce the tower type solar thermal power plant molten salt pipeline system and slot type solar thermal power plant molten salt pipeline system of the solar thermal power plant molten salt pipeline,clarify the medium advantages of high-temperature molten salt,focus on the analysis and research of the binary molten salt pipeline and its anti-condensation design of the solar thermal power plant,and obtain the design of the thermal insulation and tracing system for the binary molten salt pipeline of the solar thermal power plant,as well as the installation and heating power design of the electric tracing cable structural design results.
