摘要
介绍了氯碱行业盐泥产生的原因,通过对不同工业原盐产生的盐泥进行分析研究,成功探索出一套盐水精制新工艺,可以实现盐泥的梯级分离与提纯。提出了一种盐泥分离及资源化利用新方法,为氯碱企业提供了一种资源化循环利用全新的工艺路线和方法。
This paper introduces the causes of salt mud formation in chlor-alkali industry.Through analyzing and studying the salt mud produced by dfferent industrial raw salt,a new set of brine refining process is successfully explored.This process can realize the step separation and purification of salt mud.A new method of salt mud separation and resource utilization is proposed,which provides a new process route and method for the resource recycling and utilization to chlor-alkali enterprises.
