摘要
试验旨在探究饲料中添加不同浓度黄栀子提取液对大黄鱼体色、生长和肌肉营养的影响。选取6000尾大黄鱼,分为4组,每组3重复,每个重复500鱼。C100组、C200组、C300组分别在基础饲料中添加0.03 g/L的黄栀子提取液100、200、300 mL/kg,对照组C0不添加黄栀子提取液。试验期30 d,分析测量各组大黄鱼体色、生长性能和肌肉营养指标。结果显示,各组大黄鱼的绝对增长率、绝对增重率随着黄栀子提取液添加量的增加而升高。C300组大黄鱼绝对增长率显著高于其他组(P<0.05),绝对增重率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,各试验组大黄鱼背部、腹部和尾部L值均显著降低(P<0.05)。C300组大黄鱼背部、腹部和尾部a值最高,b值最低。3个试验组大黄鱼肌肉氨基酸总量、必需氨基酸总量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。C300组大黄鱼肌肉饱和脂肪酸含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。C300组大黄鱼肌肉不饱和脂肪酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲料中添加黄栀子提取液具有促进大黄鱼生长、提高体色黄度值和肌肉营养价值的作用,以300 mL/kg添加效果较好。
The experiment was to explore the effect of the extract of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis with different concentrations on body color,growth and muscle nutrition of Larimichthys crocea.A total of 6000 Larimichthys crocea were selected,divided into four groups,with three replicates in each group,and 500 fish in each replicate.C100 group,C200 group,and C300 group were supplemented with 0.03 g/L to extract of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis at 100,200 and 300 mL/kg in basic feed,respectively and control C0 group were without the extract of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis.The experiment lasted for 30 d,the body color,growth performance and muscle nutrition of each group of Larimichthys crocea were analyzed and measured.The results showed that the absolute growth rate and absolute weight gain rate of each group of Larimichthys crocea increased with the increase of the amount of Fructus gardeniae Ellis extract added.The absolute growth rate of C300 group of Larimichthys crocea was significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05),and the absolute weight gain rate was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,L value on back,abdomen and tail of Larimichthys crocea in experimental groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).The a value on back,abdomen and tail of Larimichthys crocea in C300 group was the highest,and b value was the lowest.The total muscle amino acids and essential amino acids in the three experimental groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Muscle saturated fatty acid content of Larimichthys crocea in C300 group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The content of unsaturated fatty acids in the C300 group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis extract to the feed can promote growth,improve the body color yellow value and the nutritional value of muscle of Larimichthys crocea,the feeding effect of 300 mL/kg is better.
