中药抗结肠癌的研究进展 被引量:1

A review on treating colon cancer with TCM medicine

摘要 结肠癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,大多好发于直肠与乙状结肠的交界处。早期结肠癌患者因为无明显症状而失去最佳治疗时间,而中晚期肿瘤仍以手术为主,化疗以及免疫治疗为辅助。中药在抗结肠癌方面有多种重要的作用。如中药可阻滞肿瘤细胞的细胞周期,进而抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖。又如中药可以干扰肿瘤细胞的代谢方式,通过调节糖酵解的相关酶表达,或降低葡萄糖转运蛋白-1的表达,抑制糖酵解,促进肿瘤细胞凋亡。中药还可以改善肿瘤细胞局部微环境,抑制结肠癌细胞的血管生成,减少肿瘤细胞发生血行转移的可能。其中中药单体和复方所起作用又有所不同,中药单体及其具有抗肿瘤作用的有效成分越来越多地被研究出来,而中药复方因按照君臣佐使进行配伍,其所含化学成分更复杂,用于抗结肠癌治疗,具有多靶点多层次的功效。本文对近年中药抗结肠癌的基础研究方面进行简要概述。 Colon cancer is one of the most common malignancies of digestive tract.Patients with colon cancer in early stage lose optimal treatment time because of no obvious symptoms,while patients with advanced stage tumors are still mainly treated by surgery,chemotherapy and immunotherapy.TCM medicine has many important effects on colon cancer.For example,TCM medicine can block the cell cycle of tumor cells,thereby inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells.TCM medicine can interfere with the metabolic mode of tumor cells,inhibit glycolysis and promote tumor cell apoptosis by regulating the expression of enzymes related to glycolysis or reducing the expression of glucose transporter-1.TCM medicine can also improve the local microenvironment of tumor cells,inhibit the angiogenesis of colon cancer cells,and reduce the possibility of hematogenous metastasis of tumor cells.The effects of TCM medicine monomer and compound are different.More and more TCM medicine monomer and its effective components with anti-tumor effect have been studied.However,the chemical composition of TCM medicine compound is more complex because of its compatibility according to the Jun Chen Zuo Shi(君臣佐使).It is used in the treatment of colon cancer and has multi target and multi-level effects.In this paper,the basic research of TCM medicine treating colon cancer in recent years was briefly reviewed.
