摘要
目的探讨PICOS-CDIO模式在本科护生糖尿病患者查房教学中的应用效果。方法选择2021年1月至2022年12月在内分泌科实习的本科护生为研究对象,按非同期对照法分为对照组(n=42)和干预组(n=39)。对照组采用常规查房教学,干预组以PICOS-CDIAO模式进行查房教学,比较两组学生问题解决能力和学习环境满意度。结果干预后,两组护生的问题解决能力均高于干预前,而且干预组护生的问题解决能力得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);干预组护生对学习环境满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PICOS-CDIO指导的糖尿病患者查房教学可有效提高本科护生问题解决能力和临床学习环境满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of PICOS-CDIO model in ward round teaching of undergraduate nursing students with diabetes.Methods Undergraduate nursing students practicing in the Department of Endocrinology from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group(n=42)and intervention group(n=39)according to non-synchronous control method.The control group was taught by routine rounds,while the intervention group was taught by PICOS-CDIAO mode.The problem-solving ability and learning environment satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the problem solving ability of nursing students in both groups was higher than before intervention,and the score of problem solving ability of nursing students in intervention group was higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing students in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PICOS-CDIO-guided ward round teaching for diabetic patients can effectively improve the problem-solving ability and clinical learning environment satisfaction of undergraduate nursing students.
