摘要
近十余年来,经导管去肾神经术(RDN)治疗高血压受到广泛关注。射频、超声、酒精、冷冻消融等RDN器械被研发并开展了系列临床研究。本文就当前各种经导管RDN治疗高血压临床研究结果及其存在的问题和争议进行阐述,并探讨经导管RDN的未来发展方向。
In recent decades,fast development of renal denervation(RDN)for the treatment of hypertension has been achieved.A variety of catheter-based devices for RDN,including radiofrequency ablation,ultrasound ablation,alcohol injection,cryoablation,et al,have been developed and used in series of clinical trials.We reviewed the results from clinical trials based on these current RDN technologies,discussed the controversy and future prospective of RDN for the treatment of hypertension.
