沥青路面抗滑性能衰减规律及预测模型 被引量:7

Attenuation law and prediction model of skid-resistance performance of asphalt pavement

摘要 为了定量描述沥青路面在全寿命周期内抗滑性能衰减规律,利用自主研发的多因素加速加载磨耗设备(MAAM),从材料角度出发,对不同条件下沥青混合料抗滑性能衰减规律进行分析,并依据Asymptotic模型拟合得到沥青混合料抗滑性能的衰减函数;采用灰色关联理论,基于集料形貌参数和力学指标研究集料相关参数对抗滑性能评价指标的影响程度。以灰关联度分析结果为基础、以摆值为抗滑指标优选影响程度较高的主要参数,进行多元线性拟合分析,建立沥青路面抗滑性能预测模型。研究结果表明:棱角性好、磨光值高、磨耗值低的集料可有效提高沥青路面抗滑耐久性;粗集料所占比例是影响沥青路面抗滑性能衰减幅度、初值和终值的主要因素,尤其是公称最大粒径为9.5~16 mm的集料,细集料的占比对沥青路面抗滑衰减速率影响显著,通过调整粗细集料的比例,可以有效提高沥青路面的抗滑性能;集料的公称最大粒径对沥青路面初始抗滑性能影响显著,但对沥青路面抗滑稳定终值、衰减幅度和衰减速率的影响有限;与密级配相比,间断级配和开级配沥青混合料可以表现出更为优异的抗滑性能。 In order to quantitatively describe the skid-resistance performance attenuation law of asphaltpavement in the whole life cycle,a self-developed multiple accelerated abrasion machine(MAAM)was used for analysing the decay pattern of asphalt mixture skid-resistance performance underdifferent conditions from a material perspective.And the skid-resistance performance attenuation functionof asphalt mixture according to the Asymptotic model fitting was obtained.The gray correlation theory wasused for studying the degree of influence of aggregate-related parameters on the evaluation indexes of skid-resistance performance based on aggregate morphology parameters and mechanical indexes.Based on the resultsof the gray correlation analysis,the pendulum value as the skid-resistance index was preferred to the mainparameters with high degree of influence,and the multivariate linear fitting analysis was carried out toestablish the prediction model of skid-resistance performance of asphalt pavement.The results show thatthe aggregates with good angularity,high polishing value and low abrasion value can effectively improve the skid resistance durability of asphalt pavement.The proportion of coarse aggregate is the main factoraffecting the attenuation range,initial value and final value of skid resistance of asphalt pavement,especially the 9.5 to 16 mm aggregate.The proportion of fine aggregate has a significant effect on therate of skidding attenuation of asphalt pavement,and by adjusting the proportion of coarse and fineaggregate,the skid-resistance performance of asphalt pavement can be effectively improved.The nominalmaximum particle size of aggregate has significant influence on the initial skid resistance of asphaltpavement,but has limited influence on the final value,attenuation amplitude and attenuation rate of theskid resistance stability of asphalt pavement.Compared with dense graded asphalt mixture,discontinuousgraded asphalt mixture and open graded asphalt mixture show better skid resistance.15 tabs,5 figs,21 refs.
