摘要
推动老年在线教育App适老化设计是发展老年在线教育事业的必要保障。运用Kano模型,将老年在线教育App适老化设计需求归纳为必备需求、期望需求和魅力需求三大类。供给方应结合需求属性采取针对性、差异化的适老化设计策略:以必备需求为基础,完成老年在线教育App基础设计;以期望需求为重点,进行老年在线教育App优化设计;以魅力需求为核心,突出老年在线教育App设计亮点。同时,基于Kano需求递进发展特点建立用户需求反馈机制,及时调整设计策略。
The development of online education for the elderly intensively needs to promote the aging design of online education App for the elderly.This study generalizes the aging design requirements of online education App for the elderly into three categories:essential requirements,expected requirements and charm requirements,by adopting Kano models.The supplier should adopt targeted and differentiated aging design strategies based on the demand attributes in order to complete the basic design of online education App for the elderly in terms of the essential demand.In addition,it is necessary to optimize the design of online education App for the elderly by focusing on the expected demand and highlight the design highlights of online education App for the elderly on the basis of charming demands.At the same time,the feedback mechanism of user requirements is established and the design strategy is adjusted in time according to the progressive development characteristics of Kano's requirements.
