摘要
在推进生态文明建设背景下,探究数字普惠金融和生态林业耦合协调发展对实现生态产品价值转化具有重要意义。论文选择2011—2020年中国省级面板数据,利用熵值法构建数字普惠金融和生态林业综合评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型、面板Tobit模型分析各地区两系统的耦合协调度及其驱动因素。结果表明:(1)2011—2020年全国数字普惠金融和生态林业综合评价指数整体呈上升态势,通过关系判别特征发现生态林业发展相对滞后。(2)2011—2020年全国数字普惠金融与生态林业的耦合协调度整体呈上升趋势,空间上两系统的耦合协调度呈现中部、东部、西部逐步递减的梯度分布格局。(3)城镇化水平、地区经济发展水平、政府决策、交通便捷程度对促进两系统的耦合协调发展具有重要作用。
Under the background of promoting ecological civilization construction,it is of great significance to explore the coupling and coordinated development of digital inclusive finance and ecological forestry to realize the value transformation of ecological products.Using the panel data of China’s provincial level from 2011 to 2020,the entropy method was used to construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of digital inclusive finance and ecological forestry.The coupling coordination degree model and panel Tobit model were used to analyze the coupling coordination degree and its driving factors of the two systems in each region.The results showed that:(1)From 2011 to 2020,the comprehensive evaluation index of digital inclusive finance and ecological forestry in China was on the rise,and the development of ecological forestry was found to be relatively backward through the relationship discrimination characteristics.(2)From 2011 to 2020,the coupling coordination degree of digital inclusive finance and ecological forestry in China showed an overall upward trend,and the spatial coupling coordination degree of the two systems showed a gradient distribution pattern of gradual decline in the middle,east and west.(3)Urbanization level,regional economic development level,government decision-making and transportation convenience play an important role in promoting the coupling and coordinated development of the two systems.
