改良型诱晶软化技术对污水厂尾水结垢控制的效果 被引量:2

摘要 城镇生活污水厂尾水补充工业循环冷却水时存在结垢问题。文章以LW污水厂尾水为研究对象,考察改良型诱晶软化技术对污水厂尾水结垢的控制效能,探讨处理出水主要水质指标的控制范围和资源化利用的可行性。结果表明,污水厂尾水中硬度和碱度含量较高,易发生结垢问题。结合实际生产用水需求,当软化药剂投加量为80 mg/L左右时,处理效果和经济效益显著:处理出水的硬度、碱度等主要水质指标稳定,Puckorius结垢指数(PSI)为7.8左右,结垢倾向已完全消除;工艺运行成本低于0.2元/m^(3)。处理过程中产生以碳酸钙为主体成分的结晶颗粒可回用于烟气脱硫。综上,改良型诱晶软化技术可作为污水厂尾水阻垢抑垢处理的备选技术之一,处理出水水质情况满足循环冷却水补充水的水质要求。 Scaling problem exists when wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)tailwater is used to supplement industrial recirculated cooling water.In this paper,the LW WWTP tailwater was taken as the research object,and the effect of modified induced crystallization softening technology on scaling control for WWTP tailwater was investigated,and the control range of main water quality indices of treated effluent and the feasibility of resource utilization were discussed.The results showed that the hardness and alkalinity in WWTP tailwater were high and scaling problems were easy to occur.When the dosage of softening agent was about 80 mg/L,the treatment effect and economic benefit were remarkable according to the actual production water demand:the main water quality indices such as hardness and alkalinity of treated effluent were stable;Puckorius scaling index(PSI)was about 7.8,indicating that the tendency of scale formation had been eliminated;process running cost was lower than 0.2 yuan/m^(3).Crystalline particles with calcium carbonate as the main component during treatment could be used for flue gas desulfurization.In conclusion,the modified induced crystallization softening technology can be used as one of the alternative technologies for scale inhibiting treatment of WWTP tailwater,and the quality of treated effluent meets the water quality requirements of supplementary water for recirculated cooling water.
