摘要
随着我国博士生教育规模扩大,加之全球经济增速下滑,博士毕业生就业压力增大。医学博士研究生是医学最高层次学历教育,本研究基于医学类博士毕业去向及就业特征,选取武汉大学医学类各专业近六年博士毕业生为研究对象,通过调研学生基本信息、家庭背景、就业意向与毕业去向等项目,提出提升就业指导水平、拓宽择业范围、引导毕业生基层就业,以此推动医疗事业的均衡发展,满足广大人民群众对优质医疗资源的需求。
With the expansion of doctoral education in China and the decline in global economic growth,the employment pressure for doctoral graduates has increased.Medical doctoral students are the highest level of education in medicine.This study is based on the destination and employment characteristics of medical doctoral graduates.We selected doctoral graduates from various medical majors at Wuhan University in the past six years as the research subjects.Through research on students'basic information,family background,employment intention,and graduation destination,we propose to improve the level of employment guidance,broaden the scope of job selection,and guide graduates to find employment at the grassroots level,To promote the balanced development of the medical industry and meet the needs of the general public for high-quality medical resources.
