摘要
目的:探讨西关李氏正骨手法结合杉皮夹板外固定治疗儿童桡骨远端“背靠背”骨折的临床疗效。方法:自2020年7月—2022年6月,采用西关李氏正骨手法结合杉皮夹板外固定治疗30例就诊于广州市荔湾区骨伤科医院的儿童桡骨远端“背靠背”骨折患者。记录患者骨折临床愈合时间、治疗费用、并发症情况,根据第12周Cooney腕关节评分标准进行疗效评价。结果:患者均获得随访,临床愈合时间28~42d,平均(34.87±3.37)d,治疗总费用平均(2042.41±283.22)元,治疗过程发生1例过敏性皮炎,外涂药物后不影响治疗;根据Cooney腕关节评分标准评价疗效,优28例,良2例,优良率达100.0%。结论:西关李氏正骨手法结合杉皮夹板外固定治疗儿童桡骨远端“背靠背”骨折具有治疗费用低、损伤小、复位成功率高、固定可靠、功能恢复良好等特点,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Xiguan Li’s bone-setting manipulation combined with fir bark splint external fixation in the treatment of“back-to-back”distal radius fractures in children.Methods:From July 2020 to June 2022,30 children with“back-to-back”distal radius fractures who were admitted to Guangzhou Liwan District Orthopedics Hospital were treated with Xiguan Li’s osteosetting technique combined with fir bark splint external fixation.The patient’s clinical fracture healing time,treatment costs,and complications were recorded,and the efficacy was evaluated according to the Cooney wrist joint score at the 12th week.Results:All patients were followed up.The clinical healing time was 28 to 42 days,with an average of(34.87±3.37)days.The total cost of treatment averaged(2042.41±283.22)yuan.One case of allergic dermatitis occurred during the treatment,and external application of drugs did not affect the treatment;According to the Cooney wrist joint scoring standard,the efficacy was evaluated in 28 cases and good in 2 cases,with an excellent and good rate of 100.0%.Conclusion:Xiguan Li’s bone setting technique combined with fir bark splint external fixation to treat“back-to-back”distal radius fractures in children has the characteristics of low treatment cost,small damage,high reduction success rate,reliable fixation,and good functional recovery,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
