摘要
随着列车轴重和运量的不断提高,重载铁路钢轨磨耗和伤损等病害日益加剧。为此以大秦铁路重载铁路钢轨为分析对象,对钢轨伤损现状进行了调查,分析了重载铁路的钢轨伤损分布、类型、发展规律以及钢轨伤损特征,探究了重载铁路钢轨典型伤损原因,包括侧磨、滚动接触疲劳、蠕滑3个方面,并提出了润滑、调整轨底坡、调整曲线超高、钢轨打磨、提升轨道的强度、优化营运状态、对钢轨轮廓进行优化等针对性的重载铁路伤损改善措施,应用效果表明采取的措施能够实现降低钢轨伤损的目的。
With the continuous improvement of train axle load and traffic volume,the rail wear and damage of heavy haul railway are becoming more and more serious.Therefore,taking the rail of heavy haul railway of Daqin Railway as the analysis object,the current situation of rail damage was investigated.The distribution,type,development law and characteristics of rail damage of heavy haul railway were analyzed.The typical causes of rail damage of heavy haul railway were explored,including side wear,rolling contact fatigue and creep.The improvement measures of rail damage such as lubrication,adjustment of rail base slope,adjustment of curve superelevation,rail grinding,improvement of track strength,optimization of operation state and optimization of rail profile were put forward.The application results show that the measures taken can achieve the purpose of reducing rail damage.
