The Influence of Physicochemical Properties of Mixing Water on Mechanical Properties of Filling Paste

摘要 为探究拌合水物化性质对充填膏体力学性能的影响,采用响应面法对初始温度、矿化度和酸碱度3种因素交互作用下的试验结果进行多元回归分析,得出响应面函数后进行可靠性分析,并结合SEM(扫描电子显微镜)和XRD(X射线衍射)试验方法研究拌合水多因素交互作用下对充填膏体力学性能的影响机理。结果表明:基于满意度函数理论确定拌合水3个影响因素的最优水平为初始温度19.923℃、矿化度2471.4 mg/L、酸碱度5.901;初始温度与矿化度交互作用对充填膏体早期强度存在显著影响,通过SME试验可观察到充填体内部孔隙结构松散,初始温度为30℃、硫酸盐掺量为3000 mg/L时,早期强度下降;初始温度和酸碱度交互作用对充填膏体抗压强度影响并不明显;矿化度和酸碱度交互作用对充填膏体后期强度影响显著,通过SME试验可观察到酸性拌合水充填膏体整体密实,而碱性拌合水充填膏体内部孔隙结构松散且产生了较大的裂隙,在矿化度为1800 mg/L、酸碱度为6.5时,抗压强度取得峰值。 In order to explore the influence of physicochemical properties of mixing water on mechanical properties of filling paste,the response surface method was used to carry out multiple regression analysis on the test results under interaction of initial temperature,mineralization degree and sulfate content.The reliability analysis was carried out after the response surface function was obtained,and combined with SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope)and XRD(X-Ray Diffraction)test methods to explore the influence mechanism of multi-factor interaction of mixing water on the mechanical properties of filling paste.The results show that the optimal level of the three influencing factors of the mixed water is determined based on the satisfaction function theory,the initial temperature is 19.923C,the mineralization degree is 2471.4 mg/L,and the pH is 5.901.The interaction between initial temperature and mineralization degree has a significant effect on the early strength of the filling paste.Through the SME test,it can be observed that the internal pore structure of the filling body is loose,when the initial temperature is 30℃and the sulfate content is 3000 mg/L,the early strength decreases.The interaction between initial temperature and pH has no obvious effect on the compressive strength of filling paste.The interaction between mineralization degree and pH has a significant effect on the later strength of the filling paste.Through the SME test,it can be observed that the filling paste of acidic mixing water is dense as a whole,while the internal pore structure of the alkaline mixing water filling paste of alkaline mixing water is loose and produces large cracks.When the mineralization degree is 1800 mg/L and the pH is 6.5,the compressive strength reaches the peak.
