摘要
近年来,随着基坑工程的发展,基坑开挖对相邻建(构)筑物的影响日益受到人们的关注。但目前基坑开挖对深层土体影响的研究较缺乏,相关报道较少。因此,文章从数值模拟方法、理论分析方法、试验研究方法、工程实例分析方法四方面对基坑开挖对邻近桩基影响的国内外研究进行了分析,总结了当前研究的不足,并提出展望。结论如下:三维数值模拟准确性高,但建模难度大,如何降低三维模型建模难度有待进一步研究;理论分析方法计算假定大多与实际工程存在偏差,优化计算假定的研究待进一步开展;试验研究方法可靠性高、可重复性好,但成本较高,探索新型试验方法降低成本,有助于试验研究的推广;工程实例分析方法受地质条件影响较大,有必要对成果加以总结,以指导设计施工。
In recent years,with the development of foundation pit engineering,the influence of foundation pit excavation on adjacent buildings(structures)has attracted more and more attention.However,there is a lack of research on the influence of foundation pit excavation on deep soil,and there are few related reports.Therefore,this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research on the influence of foundation pit excavation on adjacent pile foundations from four aspects:numerical simulation method,theoretical analysis method,experimental research method and engineering case analysis method,summarizes the shortcomings of the current research,and puts forward prospect.The conclusions are as follows:3D numerical simulation has high accuracy,but modeling is difficult,and further research is needed to reduce the difficulty of 3D model modeling;the theoretical analysis method often has deviations from actual engineering calculations,and further research on optimizing calculation assumptions is needed;the experimental research method has high reliability and good repeatability,but the cost is high,and exploring new experimental methods to reduce costs is conducive to the promotion of experimental research;the engineering case analysis method is greatly affected by geological conditions,and it is necessary to summarize the results to guide the design and construction.
