综采工作面过断层综合防治水技术应用 被引量:2

Application of water control technology through faults in fully mechanized mining face

摘要 为保证工作面过断层期间的安全回采,在分析F3断层的发育情况、水害隐患原因及特征的基础上,制定防治水技术方案。过断层前,进行预注浆加固、顶板超前支护;过断层期间,改变推采方式、滞后疏导老空水以及完善采面排水系统等防治水措施。实践表明,采取综合防治水技术后,过断层期间未出现顶板破碎、淋水严重等问题,有效保障了工作面安全高效回采。 In order to ensure the safety of stoping during crossing the fault at working face,the author formulates the water prevention and control technical scheme by analysis of the development of F3 fault,the causes and characteristics of water hazards,in which pre-grouting reinforcement and advance roof support are carried out before crossing the fault,and the water control measures such as changing the way of pushing mining,delayed dredging of goaf water and improving the drainage system of mining face are taken during crossing the fault,whose practice shows that there are no problems such as roof breakage and serious water leaching during crossing the fault,effectively guaranteeing the safe and efficient stoping at the working face.
