摘要
在农业规模化生产中需要使用大量的农药,而农药的使用造成蔬菜、水果等农产品的农药残留,严重危害食品安全,对人们身体健康造成损害。因此,需要采取合理措施,对食品农药残留进行科学检测,为后续食品质量评估和控制提供依据,保障食品安全。本研究主要对食品检测中农药残留检测工作的意义以及检测技术要点进行分析,旨在进一步提高农业残留检测水平,保障食品安全,促进我国食品行业的可持续发展。
In the large-scale agricultural production,a large number of pesticides need to be used in food planting,the use of pesticides will result in pesticide residues in vegetables,fruits and other agricultural products,which seriously endangers food safety and causes damage to people's health.Therefore,it is necessary to take reasonable measures to conduct scientific detection of food pesticide residues,to provide a basis for the subsequent food quality assessment and control,and to ensure food safety.This paper mainly analyzes the significance of pesticide residue detection and detection technology points,aiming to further improve the level of agricultural residue detection,ensure food safety,and promote the sustainable development of China's food industry.
