摘要
目的比较隐形正畸、自锁托槽正畸于青少年牙颌畸形患者治疗中的疗效以及初期疼痛程度。方法选取2020年2月至2021年5月北京市第一中西医结合医院口腔科收治的60例青少年牙颌畸形患者作为研究对象,采用单双号随机分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用自锁托槽正畸方案治疗,观察组采用隐形正畸方案进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗初期的疼痛症状及治疗后6个月的牙周指标。结果观察组治疗后4、12、24、72 h及5、7 d的疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后6个月的龈沟出血及菌斑指数评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论隐形正畸治疗的疗效同自锁托槽正畸相当,但隐形正畸治疗应用于青少年患者中,可以有效缓解初期的疼痛感,有进一步推广应用的价值。
Objective To compare the efficacy and initial pain of invisible orthodontics and self-ligating brackets in the treatment of adolescent patients with malocclusion.Methods A total of 60 adolescent patients with dental deformities admit-ted to the Department of Stomatology,Beijing First Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from February 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by odd and even random grouping method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with self-ligat-ing bracket orthodontic scheme,and the observation group was treated with invisible orthodontic scheme.The pain symp-toms at the beginning of treatment and periodontal indexes at 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The pain scores of the observation group at 4,12,24,72 h and 5,7 d after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differ-ences in sulcus bleeding and plaque index scores between the two groups 6 months after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of invisible orthodontics is similar to that of self-ligating bracket orthodontics,but the application of invisible or-thodontics in adolescents can effectively relieve the initial pain,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
