摘要
品管七大手法又称新旧QC七大工具(手法),是组织性质量管理中常用的质量管理工具。为有效防控居室建材引起的空气污染,运用QC方法对其进行系统分析。采用因果图明确居室空气污染的核心原因,采用关联图梳理出居室中的建材污染源及其主要污染物,采用亲和图归纳主要污染物对居室环境的影响因素。结果得出居室建材空气污染主要来源有建筑材料中的无机材料与再生材料、合成隔热板材、涂料以及装饰材料中的人造板材与人造板家具、壁纸与地毯、吸声与隔声材料。其中,影响居室空气的主要污染物来自建筑材料中的甲醛、氨气、氡气和VOCs,从而通过系统图从针对性与持续性角度寻求相应防控手段。由此表明QC方法可为居室建材空气污染治理提供理论分析方法依据。
Seven basic tools of quality,also known as seven old and new QC tools(Methods),are commonly used quality management tools in organizational quality management.In order to effectively prevent and control the air pollution caused by residential building materials,QC tools was used for systematic analysis in this paper.The core causes of indoor air pollution were identified by using the cause and effect diagram,the residential building materials pollution sources and their main pollutants in the room were sorted out using the interrelationship diagram,and the influencing factors of the main pollutants on the indoor environment were summarized by using the affinity diagram.The results show that the main sources of air pollution in residential building materials are inorganic materials and recycled materials in building materials,synthetic thermal insulation boards,coatings,wood-based panel and wood-based panel furniture,wallpapers and carpets,and sound-absorbing and sound-insulating materials in decorative materials.Among them,the main pollutants affecting indoor air include formaldehyde,ammonia,radon and VOCs from building materials,so corresponding prevention and control measures are sought from the perspective of pertinence and sustainability through the tree diagram.This shows that the QC tools can provide a theoretical analysis method basis for the air pollution control of residential building materials.
