摘要
高校健康驿站是在新型冠状病毒感染疫情防控新阶段按照教育部要求设立的高校学生疫情防控机构,是社会公共卫生保障的重要组成部分。高校健康驿站不仅要为师生提供健康服务和健康促进,同时也要在突发公共卫生事件下承担防疫重任。基于“平战结合”思想,探讨高校健康驿站建设运行策略,首先阐述高校健康驿站科学运营的重要性,其次从宏观视角探讨高校健康驿站的建设发展策略,最后以汕尾职业技术学院的建设实践为例,从微观视角阐述高校健康驿站的运行策略,以飨同行。
The university health station stands as a crucial bastion of epidemic prevention and control tailored to the exigencies stipulated by the ministry of education within the contemporary context of combating novel coronavirus infections.As an integral constituent of the societal framework for public health safeguards,its role transcends that of a mere healthcare facility,assuming a pivotal stance.The purview of the university health station encompasses not solely the provision of healthcare services and the dissemination of health-oriented educational initiatives amongst the academic community,but also assumes a formidable mantle in the orchestration of preventive measures during exigent instances of public health crises.This treatise emanates from a paradigm encapsulating the ethos of“converging tranquility and conflict”,wherein a comprehensive examination of the strategic establishment and operational trajectories of university health stations is embarked upon.To this end,a tripartite elucidation is undertaken,commencing with a meticulous exposition of the imperative underpinning scientifically attuned university health station operations.Subsequently,a panoramic vista is unfurled,delving into the multifaceted strategies governing the establishment and advancement of university health stations from a macroscopic perspective.Lastly,gleaned from the experiential prism of the author’s institutional context,intricate operational strategies governing university health stations are expounded upon at a micro level,thereby engendering insights for the enrichment of fellow practitioners.
