摘要
目的研究精道内镜微创技术在射精管梗阻性无精症的诊疗中的临床效果。方法选取2021年5月-2023年4月本院收治的经尿道射精管切开术的17例射精管梗阻性无精症患者作为对照组,另外将同期收治的经精道内镜微创技术诊治的16例射精管梗阻性无精症患者作为观察组。对治疗效果进行对比。结果①观察组术中发现的结石、积血或红色胶冻样液体、射精管囊肿、前列腺小囊肿、精囊囊肿的情况和对照组经过精囊镜观察到的差异不显著(P>0.05);②观察组的配偶妊娠成功率、活产婴儿率、婴儿健康率明显比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③术前,两组患者的精液体积参数差异不显著(P>0.05),术后观察组的精液体积参数比对照组改善更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过精道内镜微创技术可以实现对射精管梗阻性无精症的诊治,能提升其配偶的妊娠几率和胎儿质量,改善患者的精液体积参数,得推荐。
Objective To study effect of minimally invasive endoscopic technique in diagnosis and treatment of ejaculatory duct obstructive azoospermia.Methods The paper chose 17 patients with ejaculatory duct obstructive azoospermia treated by transurethral ejaculatory duct incision in our hospital from May 2021 to April 2023 as control group,and 16 patients with ejaculatory duct obstructive azoospermia treated by endoscopic minimally invasive technology in the same period as observation group.Treatment effect was compared.Results①There was no significant difference between cases of calculus,hematocele or red jelly like fluid,ejaculatory duct cyst,prostatic utricle cyst,seminal vesicle cyst found in observation group and control group through seminal vesicle microscopy(P>0.05).②Pregnancy success rate,live birth rate and infant health rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).③Before surgery,there was no significant difference in semen volume parameters between two groups(P>0.05).After surgery,semen volume parameters in observation group were better than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive technology of seminal endoscopy can diagnose and treat ejaculatory duct obstructive azoospermia,can improve pregnancy probability and fetal quality of their spouses and semen volume parameters of patients,which is worthy of reference.
