摘要
为做好重要河段的防汛工作,利用设立的自动水位站开展水位预警,当好防汛耳目。对大荆水位站预警水位进行分析,通过洪水计算得到不同量级洪水,按照《防汛应急预案》中Ⅳ级应急响应的条件确定预警流量为50 m^(3)/s。采用曼宁公式推算大荆断面水位流量关系线,在关系图上查得预警流量对应的水位为889.22 m,对其水位作为预警水位进行合理性分析,最终确定预警水位889.20 m的结果是合理的。
In order to do a good job of flood control in important river sections,automatic water level stations are set up to carry out water level warning and serve as the eyes and ears of flood control.Based on the analysis of early warning water level of Dajing Water Station,floods of different magnitude are obtained through flood calculation,and the early warning flow is determined to be 50 m^(3)/s according to the conditions of IV emergency response in Flood Control Emergency Plan.Manning formula was used to calculate the relationship line of water level and discharge in Dajing section,and the water level corresponding to the early warning discharge was found to be 889.22 m on the relationship diagram.The rationality analysis of its water level as the early warning water level was carried out,and the result of 889.20 m early warning water level was finally determined to be reasonable.
