锂电池回收冶金企业火灾事故处置对策 被引量:1

摘要 锂电池回收冶金企业存在生产工艺复杂、生产储存场所混杂、高危生产工艺多、危险物料多等消防安全风险,针对锂电池回收冶金企业大跨度大空间建筑火灾特点明显、易形成流淌火、易发生爆炸、易中毒灼伤、作战时间长、战勤保障难度大等事故特点,提出了调足优势兵力是关键、强化火情侦查是核心、合理选用药剂是重点、优化战术措施是基础、强化安全管控是根本、做好战勤保障是前提、配合环保工作是义务等锂电池回收冶金企业火灾事故处置对策。 This paper analyzes the fire safety risks of lithium battery recycling and metallurgy enterprises,such as complex production processes,intertwined production and storage sites,many high-risk production processes and hazardous materials.In view of the obvious fire characteristics of large-span and large-space buildings in lithium battery recycling and metallurgy enterprises,vulnerability to forming fire flow,explosion,poisoning and burns,long operation time,and difficulties in combating support,this paper contends that the key is to fully deploy superior forces,strengthen fire detection,and reasonably select chemicals;it is fundamental to optimize tactical measures and strengthen safety control;ensuring fire fighting support is the premise,and cooperate with envir onmental protection is the obligation.
