摘要
目的:引进、汉化复苏时家属在场“风险-收益”与自信度量表,并对其进行跨文化调试及信效度检验。方法:获取原量表作者授权,遵循Brislin量表翻译原则,对该量表进行正向翻译、综合、回译和文化调适,形成中文版复苏时家属在场“风险-收益”与自信度量表。2022年7月—10月采用目的抽样法对394名医护人员进行调查,评价中文版量表的信效度。结果:形成的中文版量表由复苏时家属在场“风险-收益”分量表和自信度分量表组成,共38个条目。家属在场“风险-收益”分量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.840,重测信度为0.891;家属在场自信度分量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.970,重测信度为0.951。经探索性因子分析,“风险-收益”分量表提取4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为69.708%;自信度分量表提取2个公因子,累计方差贡献率为75.401%。结论:中文版复苏时家属在场“风险-收益”与自信度量表具有较好的信效度,可以用于测量医护人员对复苏时家属在场“风险-收益”感知以及实施自信度。
Objective:To develop the Chinese version of Perceptions of the Self-Confidence Scale and the Benefits and Risks of Family Presence During Resuscitation and examine its reliability and validity.Methods:Obtaining authorization from the author of the original scale and following the Brislin scale translation principle,the original scale was translated by the methods of translation,synthesis,back translation and cultural adjustment,and then the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Perceptions of the Self-Confidence Scale and the Benefits and Risks of Family Presence During Resuscitation were tested through a survey of 394 medical staff by purposive sampling from July 2022 to October 2022.Results:The Chinese version of the scale consisted of the"risk-benefit"subscale and the confidence subscale in the presence of family members,with a total of 38 items.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the"risk-benefit"subscale was 0.840,and the test-retest reliability was 0.891.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the family presence confidence subscale was 0.970,and the test-retest reliability was 0.951.Through exploratory factor analysis,four common factors were extracted from the"risk-benefit"subscale,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 69.708%.Two common factors were extracted from the confidence subscale,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 75.401%.Conclusion:The constructed Chinese version of Perceptions of the Self-Confidence Scale and the Benefits and Risks of Family Presence During Resuscitation has high validity and reliability,which can be used to measure the perceived"risk-benefit"and implementation confidence of medical staff on the presence of family members during resuscitation.
