摘要
教学载体是在职业教育教学、实训、培训中用到的承载知识和技能的教学设备,教学载体的开发和应用,在职业教育领域,一直存在设备系统封闭、功能单一、价格昂贵等弊端。针对这些问题,从课题的来源和方案设计入手,完善开放性和实用性,着重从硬件的搭配选型和安装调整,以及软件的编程设计和联机调试两个方面,解决复合功能和拓展性。通过突出核心知识点和技能点:设备通信网络的建立;步进电机及驱动器的接线与测试;HMI画面组态及数据对象地址预分配;PLC程序架构设计及子程序编制;手动/自动联机调试与试验优化等,融入更多的技能操作要点,为研制更开放、复合、高性价比的教学载体装置,提供了可落地、可DIY、可拓展的参考,通过实践应用和反馈拓展,也验证了该装置的功能性和优化性。
Teaching carriers are teaching equipment that carry knowledge and skills used in vocational education teaching,practical training,and training.The development and application of teaching carriers have always had drawbacks in the field of vocational education,such as closed equipment systems,single functions,and high prices.To address these issues,starting with the source and scheme design of the topic,improve openness and practicality,focusing on the selection and installation of hardware,as well as software programming and online debugging,to address complex functions and scalability.By highlighting core knowledge and skills,the establishment of equipment communication networks;wiring and testing of stepper motors and drivers;HMI screen configuration and data object address pre allocation;PLC program architecture design and sub programming;manual/automatic online debugging and experimental optimization are integrated with more technical operation points,providing a reference for developing a more open,complex,and cost-effective teaching carrier device that can be landed,DIY,and expanded.Through practical application and feedback expansion,the functionality and optimization of the device have also been verified.
