摘要
贵溪冶炼厂熔炼车间有机胺脱硫系统于2019年5月底建成并投入使用,正常运行时能耗较高,技术人员分析问题根源并采取相应措施,通过工艺优化、参数调整等方式,各项能耗指标均有不同幅度的下降,截至目前,该套脱硫系统运行成本相对未优化前降低20%左右,且脱硫效率也明显提升。
The organic amine desulfurization system in the melting workshop of Guixi Smelter was completed and put into use at the end of May 2019.During normal operation,energy consumption was high.Technical personnel analyzed the root cause of the problem and took corresponding measures.The operating cost of the desulfurization system is reduced by 20%and the desulfurization efficiency is improved obviously.
