摘要
为验证生物有机肥在砀山酥梨上的应用效果,以生物有机肥为材料,设置不施肥(CK1)、常规施肥(CK2)、生物有机肥+80%常规施肥(BOF)、灭活后的生物有机肥+80%常规施肥(AOF)4个处理,研究生物有机肥替代部分化肥对砀山酥梨生长发育、产量和品质的影响。结果表明:2018年,处理BOF砀山酥梨叶面积、百叶重、单果重、产量、可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量和VC含量较CK2分别提高21.8%、12.3%、10.0%、19.5%、13.2%、12.7%、17.3%,较处理AOF分别提高24.5%、16.1%、13.8%、24.4%、15.2%、21.1%、23.0%,差异均达显著水平;2019年,处理BOF砀山酥梨叶面积、百叶重、单果重、产量、可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量和VC含量较CK2分别提高20.2%、16.7%、11.2%、19.9%、10.0%、17.9%、27.5%,较处理AOF分别提高19.3%、18.3%、14.4%、25.6%、12.9%、22.5%、35.6%,差异均达显著水平。可见,生物有机肥替代部分化肥能促进砀山酥梨生长发育,提高酥梨的产量和品质。
In order to verify the effect of bio-organic fertilizer on Dangshan pear,using bio-organic fertilizer as the material,four treatments were set up,including no fertilization(CK1),conventional fertilization(CK2),bio-organic fertilizer+80%conventional fertilization(BOF),inactivated bio-organic fertilizer+80%conventional fertilization(AOF),the effects of bio-organic fertilizer instead of partial chemical fertilizers on the growth and development,yield and quality of Dangshan pear were studied.The results showed that in 2018,compared with CK2,the leaf area,100-leaf weight,single fruit weight,yield,soluble solid content,soluble sugar content and VC content of Dangshan pear treated with BOF increased by 21.8%,12.3%,10.0%,19.5%,13.2%,12.7%and 17.3%respectively;compared with AOF treatment,the leaf area,100-leaf weight,single fruit weight,yield,soluble solid content,soluble sugar content and VC content of Dangshan pear treated with BOF increased by 24.5%,16.1%,13.8%,24.4%,15.2%,21.1%and 23.0%respectively,and the differences were significant.In 2019,compared with CK2,the leaf area,100-leaf weight,single fruit weight,yield,soluble solid content,soluble sugar content and VC content of Dangshan pear treated with BOF increased by 20.2%,16.7%,11.2%,19.9%,10.0%,17.9%and 27.5%respectively;compared with AOF treatment,the leaf area,100-leaf weight,single fruit weight,yield,soluble solid content,soluble sugar content and VC content of Dangshan pear treated with BOF increased by 19.3%,18.3%,14.4%,25.6%,12.9%,22.5%and 35.6%respectively,and the differences were significant.It can be seen that bio-organic fertilizer instead of partial chemical fertilizers can promote the growth and development of Dangshan pear,improve their yield and quality.
