摘要
肺腺癌是最常见的肺癌类型,目前中医理论对其发生的病因病机尚无确切定论,认为肺腺癌属本虚标实、虚实夹杂之证,其发生与虚、痰、淤、毒等密切相关,故应根据患者的具体中医病因病机进行对症治疗。目前,中医治疗肺腺癌的手段多样,可根据患者具体证型选择不同中药方剂进行内服、外敷,并可通过不同穴位针灸、按摩、耳穴压豆等方式进行治疗。与西医治疗相比,中医治疗在改善肺腺癌患者临床症状及免疫功能、减少化疗不良反应、提高患者生活质量方面有明显优势,但不同证型患者的具体用药方案还需进一步探究并规范。
Adenocarcinoma is the most common type of lung cancer.At present,there is no definite conclusion on the etiology and pathogenesis of lung adenocarcinoma according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).It is believed that lung adenocarcinoma belongs to the syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in superficislity,and mixed deficiency and excess.Its occurrence is closely related to deficiency,phlegm,stasis and toxin.Therefore,symptomatic treatment should be carried out according to the specific TCM etiology and pathogenesis of the patient.At present,TCM has a variety of methods to treat lung adenocarcinoma.According to the patient′s specific syndrome type,different TCM formulas can be used for internal and external application,and acupuncture and moxibustion,massage,auricular points plaster therapy of different acupoints and other methods can be used for the treatment.Compared with western medicine treatment,TCM treatment has obvious advantages in improving the clinical symptoms and immune function,reducing the adverse reactions of chemotherapy,and improving the quality of life of the patients.However,the specific drug regimen for patients with different syndromes needs to be further explored and standardized.
