摘要
在高校本科教学实践中,为探索促进专业知识传授与思想政治教育融合的有效手段,进行专业技能与思政水平并重的创新活动,以《生产与现场管理》课程为对象,进行“课程思政”改革。通过优化、整合、完善教学模式、教学资源和教学评价体系,在进行理论知识、实践方法和前沿科学技术教学的同时,展示与生产和管理内容相关思政文化内涵。学生在课程教学过程中,通过学习、讨论、反思和实践,了解制造工业生产与现场管理的前沿动态和今后的发展趋势,掌握相关理论知识和应用技术的同时,树立工匠精神和高度的社会责任感,具备协作共赢和可持续发展的视野,拥有终身学习、实践和创新的能力。对《生产与现场管理》课程的思政改革,最终构建了全课程、重过程和多维度的协同育人新机制,为高校本科教育模式探索出新道路。
In the practice of undergraduate teaching in colleges and universities,in order to explore effective means to promote the integration of professional knowledge teaching and curriculum politics construction,and carry out innovative activities with equal emphasis on professional skills and curriculum politics construction level,the“curriculum politics construction”reform is carried out with the course“production and site management”as the object.By optimizing,integrating and improving the teaching mode,teaching resources and teaching evaluation system,the cultural connotation of curriculum politics construction related to production and management content is displayed while teaching theoretical knowledge,practical methods and cutting-edge science and technology.Through learning,discussion,reflection and practice,students can understand the cutting-edge trends and future development trends of manufacturing industry production and site management,master relevant theoretical knowledge and application technology,establish craftsman spirit and a high sense of social responsibility,have a vision of win-win cooperation and sustainable development,and have the ability of lifelong learning,practice and innovation.The curriculum politics construction reform of the course production and site management has finally built a new mechanism of coordinated education with full curriculum,process oriented and multi-dimensional,exploring a new path for the undergraduate education model in colleges and universities.
