Application of Goal-Oriented Teaching Method Combined With Flipped Classroom in Practice Teaching of Tracheal Intubation

摘要 目的评价目标导向教学法联合翻转课堂在气管插管实践教学中的应用及教学效果。方法选择2020年10—11月在陕西省人民医院麻醉科见习的临床专业本科生61名为研究对象,分为5组,A、B、C、D组为12名,E组为13名。随机选取B和E组为对照组(25名),其余3组为试验组(36名)。对照组采用常规的理论授课+教师示教+学生练习的方式学习气管插管;试验组采用多项目标导向教学法联合翻转课堂的教学方法学习气管插管。从操作评分、一次插管成功率、插管用时对学生气管插管操作进行考核,学生对两种授课方式进行多维度教学评价。结果试验组气管插管操作评分高于对照组[(78.08±5.15)分vs(72.04±5.31)分]、一次插管成功率高于对照组(69.4%vs44.0%)、插管用时少于对照组[(295.8±21.04)svs(318.2±24.96)s]。实验组学生对教学方法、教学过程和教学效果的评价优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标导向教学法联合翻转课堂在气管插管实践教学中的应用可以激发学生主动学习的兴趣,提高教学效果。 Objective To evaluate the application and teaching effect of goal-oriented teaching method combined with flipped classroom in the practical teaching of tracheal intubation.Methods A total of 61 clinical undergraduates who were interns in the department of anesthesia of Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital from October to November 2020 were selected as the study subjects and divided into 5 groups,including group A,B,C and D(each group was consisted of 12 participants)and group E(consisted of 13 participants).Group B and E were randomly selected as the control group(25 participants),and the other three groups as the experimental group(36 participants).The control group was taught endotracheal intubation by conventional theoretical teaching,demonstrating by teachers and practicing by students.The experimental group learned endotracheal intubation by the teaching method of multi-goal-oriented teaching combined with flipped classroom.The students'operation of endotracheal intubation was assessed from the aspects of operation score,success rate of first intubation and duration of intubation,and students were invited to conduct multidimensional evaluation of the two teaching methods.Results The score of tracheal intubation operation in experimental group was higher than that in control group[(78.08±5.15)points vs(72.04±5.31)points],the success rate of first intubation was higher than that in control group(69.4%vs 44.0%),and the duration of intubation was shorter than that in control group[(295.8±21.04)s vs(318.2±24.96)s].The evaluation of teaching method,teaching process and teaching effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of goal-oriented teaching method combined with flipped classroom in the practical teaching of tracheal intubation can stimulate the student's interest in active learning and improve the teaching effect.
