摘要
随着放射核素标记靶向分子探针诊疗一体化的应用,核医学研究涉及多学科的交叉融合。因此在实际临床教学探索过程中,需要更多医学知识体系和实践技能的支撑,帮助学生解决临床应用实际的一些问题。目前的教学内容与临床实践的联系相对缺乏,教师教学时间的有限性与核医学课程内容丰富性存在矛盾。临床影像资料数量巨大,但真正可用于教学、临床科研研究的影像数据十分匮乏,为了有效提升教学效果及最大程度对临床复杂的医疗数据进行归档、整理及充分利用,针对性地对现有的核医学信息管理系统(nuclear information system,NIS)进行了升级,将临床数据进行系统性的归档及整理,将其纳入教学库与疑难病例库,并同时将多种教学模式进行整合,打造一个全方位的新型云智能教学系统,将有效提升学生的学习效率,培养学生临床思维能力,同时也提升教师的教学质量。
With the integrated application of radionuclide-labeled targeted molecular probe diagnosis and treatment,nuclear medicine research involves the cross-integration of multiple disciplines.Therefore,in the process of actual clinical teaching exploration,more medical knowledge systems and practical skills are needed to help students solve some practical problems in clinical application.The connection between the current teaching content and clinical practice is relatively lacking,and there is a contradiction between the limited teaching time of teachers and the rich content of nuclear medicine courses.The amount of clinical imaging data is huge,but the real imaging data that can be used for teaching and clinical research is very scarce.In order to effectively improve the teaching effect and maximize the archiving,sorting and full use of complex clinical medical data,the existing nuclear information system(NIS)has been upgraded to systematically archive and organize clinical data,incorporate it into the teaching database and difficult medical record database,and at the same time integrate multiple teaching modes to create a comprehensive new intelligent cloud teaching database,which will effectively improve students'learning efficiency,cultivate students'clinical thinking ability,and improve teachers'teaching quality.
