摘要
我国步入老龄化社会以来,老年人口占比增加,阿尔茨海默病患病率持续上升,而轻度认知障碍作为阿尔茨海默病早期形式近年来受到了极大的关注。轻度认知障碍是正常衰老和痴呆的中间状态,强调早期识别认知缺陷的初期形式,也是干预防控阿尔茨海默病的重要关口,在药物治疗不理想的大背景下,多方学者开始探讨非药物治疗轻度认知障碍的途径。本文总结了近年来非药物手段对轻度认知障碍的治疗,以期为轻度认知障碍早期干预提供借鉴与经验。
Since China entered the aging society,the proportion of elderly people has increased,and the prevalence rate of Alzheimer's disease has continued to rise,and mild cognitive impairment as an early form of Alzheimer's disease has received great attention in recent years.Mild cognitive impairment is an intermediate state between normal aging and dementia,emphasizing the early identification of the initial form of cognitive impairment,which is also an important threshold for intervention and prevention of Alzheimer's disease.Under the background of unsatisfactory drug treatment,many scholars began to explore non-drug treatment of mild cognitive impairment.This paper summarizes the treatment of mild cognitive impairment by non-drug means in recent years,in order to provide reference and experience for early intervention of mild cognitive impairment.
