摘要
文旅融合发展是实现乡村振兴的重要推进器。通过阐述泰安市道朗镇实施乡村振兴战略的实践,分析道朗镇乡村振兴存在的困境与挑战,提出坚持党的领导、加强人才培育、加大政策支持力度、完善配套设施和服务体系、合理整合文旅资源以及加大文旅宣传力度等道朗镇推进乡村振兴的优化路径,为其他乡镇全面推进乡村振兴提供路径参考。
The integrated development of culture and tourism is an important propeller to realize rural revitalization.By expounding the practice of implementing the rural revitalization strategy in Daolang Town of Tai'an City,this paper analyzes the difficulties and challenges existing in the rural revitalization and development of Daolang Town,and puts forward the optimization path of promoting rural revitalization in Daolang Town,such as adhering to the leadership of the Party,strengthening talent cultivation,increasing policy support,improving supporting facilities and service system,rationally integrating cultural tourism resources and increasing cultural tourism publicity,so as to provide path reference for other towns to comprehensively promote rural revitalization.
