摘要
目的:探讨雷火灸对肺癌化疗患者脾肾阳虚型癌因性疲乏(cancer-related fatigue,CRF)的改善效果。方法:将100例肺癌化疗脾肾阳虚型CRF患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用雷火灸。比较两组患者Piper疲乏量表(Piper's fatigue scale,PFS)修订版评分、疲乏程度、生存质量问卷(EORTC QLQ-C30)评分及免疫功能。结果:治疗后观察组患者PFS评分较对照组降低(P<0.05),疲乏程度与EORTC QLQ-C30评分较对照组改善(P<0.05),CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)较对照组升高(P<0.05),CD8^(+)较对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理的基础上加用雷火灸可有效缓解肺癌化疗脾肾阳虚型CRF患者疲乏症状,提高生活质量,改善机体免疫功能。
Objective:To discuss the effects of thunder-fire moxibustion on the improvements of cancerrelated fatigue(CRF)in lung cancer patients of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency pattern undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 100 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group.The control group accepted conventional care and the observation group thunder-fire moxibustion on the foundation of conventional care.To compare PFS scores,fatigue degree,EORTC QLQ-C30 scores and immunological function between both groups.Results:After the treatment,PFS scores of the observation group were lower than these of the control group(P<0.05),fatigue degree and EORTC QLQ-C30 scores were improved compared with the control group(P<0.05),the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher than these of the control group(P<0.05),the levels of CD8^(+)were lower than these of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thunder-fire moxibustion could effectively relieve fatigue in CRF patients,raise quality of life and improve immunologic function of human body.
