环状RNA与脊髓损伤发病机制相关性研究进展

摘要 环状RNA(circRNA)以其独特环状结构,通过其微RNA(miRNA)海绵机制,干预相关蛋白翻译、影响基因转录因子等发挥作用。脊髓损伤(SCI)作为一种极具破坏性的中枢神经系统创伤,往往是造成截瘫的主要原因。目前临床上仅能通过手术减压或者使用药物对症干预,无法从根本上改善受损神经和脊髓的功能,而利用现代生物学技术,对损伤后的脊髓组织进行生物学基因测序,预测出circRNA可能作为SCI相关的生物标志物。基于circRNA的生物学功能并进行实验验证,可为SCI的靶向治疗治疗提供理论基础。然而,由于SCI病情的复杂性以及circRNA对miRNA海绵机制的影响具有差异性,circRNA在SCI中的研究进展缓慢,未来需深入探讨。 Circular RNA(circRNA)with its unique circular structure,plays a role by interfering in the translation of related proteins and influencing gene transcription factors through its microRNA(miRNA)sponge mechanism.Spinal cord injury(SCI),as a very destructive central nervous system injury,is often the main cause of paraplegia.At present,only surgical decompression or symptomatic intervention with drugs are applied in clinical practice,which can not fundamentally improve the function of the damaged nerves and spinal cord.By using modern biological technology,biological gene sequencing is conducted on the injured spinal cord tissue,predicting that circRNA may be used as a biological marker related to SCI.Based on the biological function of circRNA and experimental verification,it can provide a theoretical basis for the targeted therapy of SCI.However,due to the complexity of SCI and the different effects of circRNA on the spongy mechanism of miRNA,the research progress of circRNA in SCI is slow,and further exploration is needed in the future.
