光热诊疗一体化调控肿瘤微环境免疫功能机制的研究进展

摘要 肿瘤微环境显著影响肿瘤发展和治疗反应,与宿主免疫系统和肿瘤紧密相关。纳米光热材料介导的光热疗法作为一种有潜力且非侵入性的肿瘤治疗方法发展迅速,在肿瘤治疗方面有着传统疗法无法替代的作用。一方面,部分纳米光热材料具有协助肿瘤诊断的成像特性;另一方面,纳米光热材料介导的光热疗法除了可以直接通过光照射产生热量来消融肿瘤细胞外,还能调控肿瘤微环境免疫功能发挥抗肿瘤作用。肿瘤微环境在肿瘤的发展及治疗中发挥重要作用,研究光热诊疗对肿瘤微环境中免疫细胞和相关免疫细胞因子的作用可为抗肿瘤治疗提供新方向。 The tumor microenvironment significantly affects tumor development and treatment response,interacting closely with the host immune system and tumor.Nano-photothermal material-mediated photothermal therapy,as a potential and non-invasive method for the treatment of tumors,has developed rapidly and has an irreplaceable role in tumor treatment.On the one hand,some nano-photothermal materials have imaging properties that assist tumor diagnosis;on the other hand,nano-photothermal materials-mediated photothermal therapy can not only directly generate heat through light irradiation to ablate tumor cells,but also regulate the tumor microenvironment immune function to play an anti-tumor role.Tumor microenvironment plays an important role in the development and treatment of tumors.Studying the effect of photothermal diagnosis and treatment on immune cells and related immune cytokines in tumor microenvironment can provide a new direction for anti-tumor therapy.
